Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual to independently manage payroll processing for several companies. In this varied role, you will take on a central position in the payroll environment and work closely with HR, social insurance, pension funds, and financial accounting.

Responsibilities:

• You ensure the timely and accurate payroll accounting and take on the associated reconciliations and closing tasks.

• You handle the processing of social insurances and ensure correct notifications and settlements for AHV, UVG, and KTG.

• You manage the pension fund and advise employees on questions regarding occupational benefits.

• You are responsible for the recording and processing of absences and ensure the quality of the corresponding personnel data.

• You participate in various HR administration processes, especially in onboarding and offboarding as well as in the management of time and access systems.

• You coordinate with the relevant internal departments and support the reconciliation of payroll data with financial accounting.

Qualifications:

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as a Payroll Expert, HR Specialist, Social Insurance Specialist or a comparable qualification.

• You bring several years of experience in independent payroll processing and are familiar with the relevant processes in the Swiss payroll environment.

• You have sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system as well as good knowledge in the area of BVG and occupational benefits.

• You work precisely, independently, and responsibly and have a good understanding of financial contexts as well as reconciliation and closing tasks.

• Fluent German language skills are required.
