Head of F&B (d/w/m) - Business Owner & Growth Lead

With us, you take full responsibility for our most important business area F&B (our restaurants, take-aways and market halls) – with full ownership of the overall economic responsibility for all locations, performance, structure and growth. You lead the entire F&B area entrepreneurially – from operational excellence through financial management to strategic development and expansion. Your tasks

• Business Ownership & Performance: You lead our entire F&B area with currently 15 locations and bear the overall economic responsibility for all sites. You manage the area based on data through KPIs, forecasts and clear target systems and ensure that all locations are sustainably economically successful and that turnover, cost structure and unit economics are continuously optimised.
• Leadership & Organisation: You lead our three Area Managers and further develop the entire leadership structure. You build a scalable organisational model with clear responsibilities and standards and, together with your team, ensure that our operations run stably, efficiently and at a high level.
• Operational Excellence & System Development: You actively develop the F&B area further – in terms of formats, locations and scaling. You evaluate new locations and are responsible for their economic assessment and implementation. In doing so, you drive growth along clearly defined priorities and business goals.
• Interfaces & Overall Company: You work closely with the CEO as well as the departments of Marketing, Product, Supply Chain and Finance and ensure that strategy and operational implementation are aligned along the entire value chain. You actively contribute impulses for the further development of the overall company.

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in system catering or a comparable multi-unit environment
• Proven responsibility for multiple locations and their economic performance
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced understanding of P&L, KPIs and scaling
• Experience in building and further developing organisations and systems
• Ability to think strategically as well as to be operationally effective
• Clear, structured and consistent working style
• High personal responsibility and implementation strength
• Languages: fluent in German and English, French an advantage
