Company Description
As part of a long-term major project, we are looking for our client based in Geneva for a confirmed Building Draughtsman / Architect with excellent mastery of BIM.
Job Description
- Create and update plans and technical drawings in a BIM environment.
- Participate in the design and development of construction projects.
- Produce the plans required for the different phases of the project, from design to execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and various project stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of the produced documents and compliance with SIA standards and Swiss standards.
Profile Sought
- Training as a building draughtsman, architect or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland in the building sector.
- Excellent command of BIM and practical experience in producing plans in this environment.
- Very good knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction techniques.
- A confirmed, autonomous, rigorous person, with a real ability to produce drawings and work on a major project.
