You are jointly responsible with the team for the operation of the storage, backup, SAN, and archive infrastructure and resolve faults
You take on on-call duties and carry out implementation work within the scope of projects and customer orders
You contribute to the renewal and further development of the infrastructure
You create implementation and operational concepts
You support quotations and develop customer-specific solutions
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist in system technology or a comparable qualification
Experience in storage and backup is an advantage but not mandatory; interest in storage, SAN, NAS, and backup is required
You communicate and document precisely and clearly in German (C2) and English (at least B2)
You are willing to learn, capable of learning, and an ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
