System Engineer ICT - Infrastructure & Security (m/f/d)

Role:
ROCKEN® connects you with innovative employers. For our partner, we are looking for a System Engineer ICT who is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of the internal ICT infrastructure and compliance with security standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the internal ICT infrastructure
Error analysis and resolution in 2nd-/3rd-level support
Administration, evaluation, and technical maintenance of ICT systems and solutions
Deployment of OS and software with Microsoft SCCM
Monitoring of systems and networks with PRTG
Participation in IT security incidents and compliance with security guidelines
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship or comparable education
Experience in operating and administering ICT infrastructures
Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG), and IT security
Solution-oriented working style, resilience, and team spirit
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
Tech stack: Microsoft SCCM, PRTG, ICT infrastructure, security
