Responsibilities:
- Project Management: You independently manage projects in the area of energy network systems, network densification and gas networks. You ensure compliance with quality, schedule and cost requirements
- Project Execution: You conduct tenders, prepare decision-making documents and project proposals, and accompany projects until successful implementation
- Technical Support: You provide technical and cost calculation support to the sales team during the offer phase to create optimal proposals
- Coordination: You lead and coordinate external engineering offices and align project-specific aspects with public authorities and service departments
- Teamwork: With creative ideas and initiative, you actively contribute to team topics and help develop the company further
- Company Projects: You participate in exciting and varied company projects and contribute your expertise profitably
Qualifications:
- Technical Education: You have completed a technical basic education and further training at FH or HF level in civil engineering, building technology, energy and environmental technology or mechanical engineering
- Professional Experience: You have experience in project execution in the main construction trade and are familiar with the processes and phases of a construction project or are willing to acquire this knowledge
- Language and IT Skills: We expect very good German skills as well as solid IT user knowledge in Word, Excel and ERP systems
- Personal Strengths: You are a responsible, assertive and structured organisational talent. Your sociable and team-oriented personality as well as your communication skills distinguish you
