Your Impact

The focus of your role is recruiting. You accompany recruitments from clarifying the need to successful placement and work closely with the responsible managers. You rely on active talent acquisition, further develop recruiting processes and candidate experience, and contribute to selected topics in personnel development and HR projects.

Your Contribution

• You accompany the entire recruiting process from order clarification to successful placement.

• You identify suitable candidates through various channels and actively approach interesting profiles.

• You conduct interviews and design selection processes professionally and on an equal footing.

• You advise managers on job profiles, search strategies and selection decisions.

• You further develop existing recruiting tools and processes and bring new ideas into talent acquisition.

• You contribute to topics around employer attractiveness and employer branding.

• You support selected activities in talent development and internal mobility.

• You engage in HR projects and help shape the further development of the HR area.

Your Profile

You bring solid recruiting experience and know how to identify, approach and win suitable personalities. Active sourcing and direct approach are part of your repertoire as well as professional interviews and competent advice to managers. You have a good sense for people, communicate convincingly and work independently and in a structured manner. At the same time, you want to expand your recruiting experience in the future with topics of personnel development.
