Head of Client Representation - Zurich (m/f/d)

You represent the client for construction projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning through tendering to handover to asset management including warranty work
You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of up to three employees in construction management
You ensure implementation requirements for quality and deadlines and monitor compliance with planning investment credits
You prepare project specifications, project manuals as well as construction cost estimates and contribute to the budgeting and evaluation process
You coordinate tenders for general contractor/specialist contractor mandates as well as direct planning and construction services
You oversee and develop overarching topics such as Lean Construction, BIM, photovoltaics, e-mobility and CO2 reduction pathways
You work closely with site/project development, portfolio/asset management as well as finance (accounting, controlling)
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an architect or civil engineer ETH/FH, ideally with further training in construction/project management, business administration or real estate management (MAS, MBA, CUREM, MScRE)
You bring at least 10 years of client- and investor-side professional experience in project management
You have at least three years of leadership experience with direct personnel responsibility
You possess a strong entrepreneurial and business understanding as well as a solution-oriented, structured working style
You communicate in German; knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
