Responsibilities:
Processing international import and export declarations as well as related customs documents.
Monitoring legal requirements, especially EUDR, COI and organic import regulations.
Coordinating time-critical goods deliveries and liaising with the involved parties.
Checking supplier services and conducting regular quality assessments.
Controlling transport invoices, service costs and invoice discrepancies.
Handling transport damages and coordinating further case processing.
Advising sales on questions regarding trade conditions, transport costs and import regulations.
Further developing internal processes in international goods traffic and cross-site coordination.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training.
At least three years of professional experience in import, export or international trade.
Sound knowledge of customs clearance and cross-border goods traffic.
Confident handling of trade documents and international import regulations.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the food trade is an advantage.
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; AEB knowledge desired.
Independent working style, organisational talent and confidence in handling multiple parallel tasks.
Very good German skills as well as business fluent English.
