We are looking to strengthen our team in Baar (ZG) with a

INTERNAL SALES
ASSISTANT

Work rate: 100% • Workplace: Baar (ZG) • Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

Gyr Edelmetalle AG is the Swiss leader in precious metals trading
in small quantities. We offer a wide range of products intended
for the goldsmith and jewellery trades.

YOUR MISSION

• Advice and follow-up for French-speaking customers, from offers to the shipment of semi-finished products, including complaint management
• Management of precious metal returns for recycling: receipt, weighing with photo, data entry and customs formalities for sending to the refinery
• General administrative tasks and correspondence in French
• Practical work in the workshop: cutting (plates, wires, tubes), preparation and packaging of orders – a hands-on job

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial employee CFC (or equivalent) and proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in French (native speaker or equivalent) and very good knowledge of German (minimum B2/C1)
• Service-oriented, precise working method, autonomous and trustworthy
• Good manual dexterity, practical mindset ("hands-on") and good physical condition
• Work permit for Switzerland required
