Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist (80% to 100%)

To complete our team, we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) specialist. In this role, you design, implement and develop BI solutions using the available tools to meet business needs related to the SAP CRM and SAP IS-U commercial systems. You ensure the quality, relevance and availability of data, as well as its provision to other systems, ensuring it meets functional requirements.

Main Mission(s)

Ensure the proper functioning and monitoring of BI evolution requests related to the SAP CRM and SAP IS-U commercial systems, analysing needs, possible solutions and their impacts on reporting tools and internal processes

Analyse BI and data provision needs, then coordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of projects related to commercial systems, notably by formalising business requirements, validating specifications and ensuring testing and production deployment

Design, format and develop indicators, reports and dashboards for the Sales Administration division using available BI tools, including Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI and SAP Analysis

Model and optimise data used in reports, define data extraction, transformation and loading processes, and contribute to reporting automation in collaboration with IT

Manage operational support for BI requests from the OSM section (Tools, Systems and Methods), including data extraction requests, expert advice and anomaly diagnosis, ensuring autonomous, prioritised and quality handling

Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and solutions in the Commercial Service, strengthen user autonomy and participate in the operational activities of the OSM section

Profile

Master's degree from a University of Applied Sciences in management/informatics or equivalent training

Additional training in project management

5 years of experience in a utilities-type company, managing a BI reporting system

Good knowledge of BI solutions within a SAP environment (SAP IS-U, SAP SD, SAP FI-CA, SAP BW and SAP CRM)

Ability to work independently and take initiative, results-oriented, precise and rigorous

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, ability to lead or supervise projects, creativity and ease in communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint and Visio or similar products, as well as a request management and processing system such as Jira
