Technical Sales Support & Export Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF83,200 - 98,800Our client is a successful Swiss company specialising in high-quality technical products and innovative solutions for industrial applications. Role:
In this role, you combine customer service, technical sales support, and export topics, accompanying customer concerns from the initial inquiry through to further processing.
You are an important interface between customers, sales, and internal specialist departments, supporting technical questions and ensuring professional and solution-oriented service in day-to-day business.
Responsibilities:
Support and advise customers in an international environment
Accompany customer inquiries and ensure smooth processes
Technical support for the sales team
Participation in export and shipping matters
Close coordination with internal specialist departments
Qualifications:
Technical training with commercial further education or commercial training with strong technical understanding
Experience in sales support and export
Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with ERP systems
Independent, communicative, and customer-oriented personality
Structured working method and strong solution orientation
