To strengthen our IT team, we are looking as soon as possible (but we are willing to wait a little if you are the right person) for our headquarters in Givisiez:
For ease of reading, the masculine form is used in this announcement. The position is open to all individuals, regardless of gender.
Business Analyst / Odoo Project Manager (M/F) 100%
Our Odoo ERP is the operational heart of the Group: it orchestrates all processes related to distribution, stores, trading and e-commerce. As a business analyst and project manager, you act as the link between the business units and the IT team. You transform the needs of our 184 users into concrete solutions and manage the projects that evolve our ERP.
Your technical environment
- Odoo 16 to 20 hosted on-premise, 184 active users
- An IT team composed of: 1 business analyst, 3 developers, 2 support staff (applications/infrastructure), 2 apprentices.
- You report to the IT manager of the Alloboissons Group
Your initial challenges
- Ensure the reliability of our reporting: Identify business needs, define clear and shared indicators, then support the construction of dashboards they need daily, without exporting to Excel.
- Put the standard back at the centre: Review our processes in light of the Odoo standard, challenge requests for custom development and support users in adopting best practices.
- Lead the migration from Odoo 16 to Odoo 20: Manage the functional and organisational aspects of the project, from analysing version gaps to testing with business units, through to user training and production rollout. The most visible project of your first year.
Your missions
- Analyse needs: Facilitate workshops with business units (sales, logistics, stores, purchasing, finance, etc.), map processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design solutions: Write functional specifications, prioritise standard Odoo configuration and arbitrate with developers when customisation is necessary.
- Manage projects: Plan, prioritise and monitor projects end-to-end (scope, deadlines, budget, risks) and coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure quality: Prepare and conduct testing with key users and validate deliverables before production deployment.
- Collaborate: Work synergistically with developers (translating business needs into solutions), support (field feedback, bugs and ergonomics) and management (priorities and decisions).
- Train and support change: Write user documentation, train internal teams and ensure adoption of new features.
- Keep functional watch: Follow Odoo developments and propose resulting process improvements.
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant or ERP project manager, ideally on Odoo.
- You master the main Odoo modules (logistics, sales, purchasing, accounting, point of sale, etc.) and know how to make the most of the standard before resorting to customisation.
- You have already led ERP projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production deployment, using proven project management methods (agile or traditional).
- You are comfortable with data: you know how to define an indicator, verify a figure and challenge a report.
- You know how to listen to business units, rephrase their needs and explain technical constraints with pedagogy and diplomacy.
- Organised and rigorous, you advance several projects in parallel without losing sight of priorities.
- Languages: fluent French; German and English are an asset.
A plus
- Experience with migration between major Odoo versions.
- Odoo functional certification or project management certification (Scrum, PMP, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools for data analysis.
- Knowledge of the distribution, logistics or retail sector.
What we offer
- An ERP at the centre of the company and real freedom to decide how it evolves.
- A family business where decisions are made quickly, without hierarchical layers.
- 1 day of remote work per week.
- 5 weeks of holiday.
- Ongoing training and Odoo certification covered.
- Employee discounts on our entire range of wines and beverages.
At Alloboissons, we believe that a good IT system is above all a close-knit, curious and forward-looking team. If you share this mindset, join us!
Our values: kindness – integrity – commitment – respect – team spirit
