Accounts Payable Clerk in the Technical Department (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Recording, checking and booking of incoming invoices in accounts payable
- Monitoring payment deadlines and timely processing of payment runs
- Resolving discrepancies and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
- Conducting dunning procedures and handling payment reminders
- Continuous maintenance of accounts payable master data and regular coordination with purchasing
- Contributing to process optimisation and ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
- Preparing analyses and reports for management
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable, ideally in a technical environment
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Accurate and structured working style as well as strong numerical understanding
- Teamwork skills, reliability and resilience
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
