Our client is an established, owner-managed trust company in the Basel agglomeration (Reinach/Aesch area). The focus is on personal support for SMEs as well as especially medical practices and healthcare providers.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual who not only has a good grasp of numbers but also enjoys actively supporting the Managing Director in day-to-day business, both professionally and organisationally.

Trust Officer 50 - 60% with Focus on Medical Practices

• Support in managing client accounting including debtors and creditors
• Assistance with interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Collaboration in payroll accounting
• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Close cooperation with the Managing Director in client management
• Contact person for clients on administrative and accounting questions
• General administrative support in daily business

• Commercial basic training and experience in trust or financial accounting
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively providing relief
• Service-oriented and straightforward personality
• German as mother tongue, additional languages are an advantage
