As a Operations Assistant 100%, you will be a valuable part of our 55-member Schwellenmätteli crew immediately or by arrangement.

The Schwellenmätteli restaurants are located directly on the Aare with views of the Old Town of Bern. In the unique pavilion of the Terrasse restaurant, which elegantly floats above the water, Mediterranean delicacies are served. The over 200 seats are spread across the terrace and restaurant. The cosy Güggeli-Beiz with 70 seats is the place for lovers of chicken specialties. Additionally, the event room offers space for up to 150 people, ideal for events of all kinds. In winter, the fondue hut invites you to enjoy a cosy fondue feast.

Your day with us:

• Representing the managing director in their absence
• Leading and supporting the service team
• Actively attending to our guests
• Daily and monthly closings including inventories
• Ordering and control systems as well as stock management
• Taking over final responsibility
• Assisting in à la carte service

How you fit with us:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or graduation from a hotel management school in Switzerland
• Experience and success in sales
• Polished manners and a high sense of responsibility
• Attentive and communicative personality
• Experience in apprentice training is an advantage
