Head Nurse - Care Manager

On behalf of one of our clients, a well-known medico-social establishment in the Riviera-Chablais region, we are looking for a

Your mission

• Ensure the organisation, coordination and supervision of care.
• Supervise, support and develop the skills of the care teams.
• Guarantee the quality, safety and continuity of services.
• Participate in human resources management, scheduling and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement and promote best practices.
• Collaborate closely with management, doctors, families and network partners.

Your profile

• HES Nurse diploma or qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Proven experience in nursing homes, geriatrics or psychogeriatrics.
• Successful experience in a supervisory or care coordination role.
• Training in management or leadership is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Comfortable with IT tools and care software.
