Export Coordinator International 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Our Rocken partner is an internationally oriented Swiss industrial company that develops and produces technically demanding products and solutions for various industrial applications. The company has many years of experience, high technical competence, and modern manufacturing structures.
The focus is on reliable product quality, efficient manufacturing processes, and the continuous development of existing solutions. The company works closely with customers and internal departments and relies on sound technical know-how, precision, and sustainable development.
Responsibilities:
Administratively process orders from the European and international markets
Prepare shipping and export documents for international deliveries
Handle customer enquiries regarding conditions and availability
Check customs-relevant changes and their implementation in daily business
Coordinate delivery dates internally with the responsible planning departments
Record returns and complete them commercially
Provide written and telephone customer support in three languages
Take over customer service management tasks during absences
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience
Experience in export processing, international customer service, or freight forwarding
Knowledge of European customs and VAT law
Familiar with certificates of origin and international trade processes
Good user knowledge of MS Office and digital systems
ERP experience, preferably with IFS, and willingness to use further specialised applications
Customer-oriented manner, initiative, and reliable working style
Fluent in French and English in addition to German for professional use
