Introduction

The Anniviers Cheese Dairy is looking for a passionate and motivated Cheesemaker / Dairy Technologist CFC to complete its team. Join a dynamic team and help to uphold the tradition and excellence of our artisanal dairy products.

Responsibilities

• Transforming milk into high-quality dairy products, including Valais AOP raclette cheese, tommes, and other specialties.

• Monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Managing and maintaining production equipment.
• Preparing orders and packaging.

Qualifications

• CFC as a Cheesemaker or Dairy Technologist, or equivalent training.
• Experience in dairy product manufacturing, ideally in an artisanal environment.
• Thorough knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving licence.
