100% Permanent Works Director (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management and monitoring of sites, from preparation to handover of works
• Prepare tenders, analyse offers and establish comparisons
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of companies and various trades
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality of execution and current standards
• Organise site meetings and write minutes
• Maintain trusting relationships with clients, companies and partners
• Guarantee effective communication with all project stakeholders

Profile

• Training as Works Director or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in tenders and site monitoring
• Native German speaker with good knowledge of French (level B1-B2)
• Organised, autonomous person with an excellent sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
