Design, architecture and implementation of sophisticated Windows and virtualisation solutions with VMware vSphere and Horizon
Automation of deployment, provisioning and change processes for efficient delivery of IT services
Installation, configuration and commissioning of server, storage and client systems including technical troubleshooting
Creation of technical solution concepts as well as support of sales in presales activities and customer presentations
Technical management of IT projects as well as collaboration with customers, manufacturers and software partners including 2nd-/3rd-level support
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the Windows, server and storage environment as well as in IT infrastructure
Sound knowledge of Microsoft base infrastructures, VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon/VDI
Good experience with PowerShell and IT automation
Strong customer and service orientation as well as experience in the environment of an IT service provider
Very good German and good English skills, driving licence category B as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
