Clerk Export & Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 91,000Our client is a successful Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. Responsibilities:
Record and process customer orders and track delivery dates
Coordinate delivery capability based on stocks, call-offs and forecasts
Support customers with questions about orders and deliveries
Process export orders including customs and shipping handling
Organise goods dispatch and provide necessary documents
Keep framework agreements, price overviews and customer portals up to date
Consider preference certificates, VAT and export controls
Coordinate internal departments in order and delivery processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or logistics apprenticeship or comparable basic training
Further training in foreign trade/export is an advantage
Several years of experience in order processing and export administration
Sound knowledge of customs, origin and Incoterms
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Confident handling of customers and internal contacts
SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage
Fluent German and good English skills
