What you can achieve with us
- Back office backbone: You are the central "back office" for our Used Car sales team across the whole German-speaking Switzerland
- Relationship manager: After a thorough introduction, you independently manage a number of businesses and regularly liaise with our internal contacts
- Processing pro: You handle all administrative tasks from purchase through ordering to delivery of vehicles including sales commission as well as monitoring incoming payments
- Data champion: You enter all data into SAP and ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing
What you bring with you
- Professional training and expertise: You have completed basic commercial training and preferably have several years of experience in sales back office
- Precision genius: You have the ability to process large volumes of data efficiently and with high accuracy
- Self-starter: You enjoy working independently and are customer-oriented
- Multitasking talent: You can juggle various tasks without losing sight of the big picture and set the appropriate priorities
- Tool expert: You have solid know-how in using MS Office programmes (SAP knowledge is a big plus)
- Analysis pro: You have a good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
