Responsibilities:
Handling international customer orders from order to delivery
Creation and processing of required export and shipping documents
Coordination of deliveries with freight forwarders and internal departments
Monitoring international delivery dates and handling schedule deviations
Maintaining order, customer and shipping data in SAP S/4HANA
Clarifying questions about delivery terms, prices, quantities and products
Written and telephone support of international business customers in German and English
Coordination with sales, production, product management and export logistics
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally related to foreign trade
Professional experience in international export processing or export internal sales
Knowledge in creating and processing export documents
Good user knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
Confident use of MS Office
Understanding of international goods flows and logistical processes
Structured working method as well as reliable and customer-oriented communication
Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
