Manager Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

Role:
The Swiss site is part of an internationally leading technology group and develops highly specialised solutions for the precise dosing, conveying and processing of a wide variety of materials. From the initial idea through testing and development to the implementation of customised systems, technically demanding projects with direct relevance to international future industries are created.

Responsibilities:
You take on a central role in the international finance team and ensure the correct and timely preparation of financial statements for various companies in Europe and the USA.
You are responsible for reporting according to US GAAP and local accounting standards and work closely with group finance and international stakeholders.
You actively participate in forecasts, financial planning and liquidity forecasts and provide well-founded analyses for management and project managers.
In the accounting area, you manage intercompany processes, receivables management, payment transactions and selected reconciliation processes with internal shared service units.
You analyse project margins, material costs, inventory and sales developments and thus support the financial management of operational business.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in international accounting, controlling or a comparable finance function.
A degree with a focus on finance & accounting or further training in finance and accounting with a federal diploma forms your professional basis.
Experience with international accounting standards.
You bring very good Excel skills as well as a strong affinity for systems, data and process optimisation.
You enjoy working with international teams and communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
