As a Talent Sourcer, you play a key role in recruiting our future customer advisors. A true profile hunter, you explore new markets, identify high-potential candidates, and develop innovative approaches to energise our recruitment. Thanks to your interpersonal skills, perseverance, and initiative, you actively contribute to the quality and efficiency of our recruitments.

What you do daily

You identify, approach, and actively engage future customer advisors, using various sourcing techniques and targeted direct approaches. You explore new markets and sourcing channels to diversify our candidate pools and effectively meet recruitment needs.

You develop and maintain trusting relationships with our external partners, notably placement agencies, to enhance the quality of applications and the efficiency of our collaborations. In close coordination with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP), you contribute to the recruitment dynamics and support during job interviews.

You analyse the effectiveness of sourcing actions and propose concrete solutions to improve the quality of applications and the performance of our recruitments. As a proactive contributor, you also participate in internal continuous improvement projects, particularly around new technologies, artificial intelligence, and candidate experience.

What you bring to the team

You have a commercial education, ideally complemented by a specialisation in human resources, as well as several years of recruitment experience, preferably in sourcing commercial profiles. You master active sourcing techniques and various recruitment channels.

With a true hunter’s temperament, you demonstrate proactivity, perseverance, and a strong results orientation. Your interpersonal ease, analytical mind, and sense of initiative enable you to develop networks, identify new opportunities, and accurately assess candidates’ potential.

You have excellent command of French or German (native speaker or equivalent level) and possess excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum C1 level). You are comfortable with digital tools, keep up with labour market developments, and are interested in new recruitment approaches, notably those related to artificial intelligence, SEO, and digital visibility.
