Responsible FRW (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You take over the leadership and further development of the finance department consisting of the controlling and financial accounting divisions as well as two own focus areas in "Finance Transformation" and "Financial Planning&Analysis"
- You ensure all internal and external reporting processes according to Swiss GAAP FER and industry standards
- You further develop the CFO organisation through continuous automation and digitalisation of core processes
- You support the further development and establishment of strategic financial planning, which ensures the connection between strategy and performance management and supports decision-making from a financial perspective
- You actively participate in cross-departmental and strategic projects, including profit improvement, process optimisation, digitalisation, etc.
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree in business administration (university / university of applied sciences) with further training as a Swiss certified auditor or Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling
- You have several years of relevant professional and leadership experience
- You are a service-oriented, assertive personality who approaches tasks proactively and solution-oriented, quickly familiarises yourself independently with complex topics, and can communicate purposefully with a wide range of demanding stakeholders
- You distinguish yourself through your conceptual and interconnected thinking and acting, combined with outstanding analytical skills
- You have an affinity for digitalisation and process topics with the necessary drive and foresight to actively shape the finance department of tomorrow
- You work in an organised and independent manner with the ability to act and communicate as part of a team
