Mandate Manager Trust (m/f/d)

The offering includes digital tools for accounting, payroll, and other finance-related services. You will work in an environment focused on technological innovation and close collaboration with partners. Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of trust administrators
- Independent client support and consulting including tax returns
- Financial accounting for national and international clients
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements as well as support for audits and preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of payroll accounting
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education in trust or accounting
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in the trust sector
- Proficient use of Excel and ABACUS or Bexio is an advantage
- Team player, careful working style and friendly personality
- Fluent German skills, additional language skills are a great advantage
