Role:
Do you want to combine your commercial knowledge with international customer contact and technical products? As a Specialist Sales Internal Service & Export, you will take on a versatile role in customer support and order coordination. You will accompany international business processes, support exciting customer projects, and ensure reliable processing together with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You are the contact person for international customers and business partners and support them with commercial and order-related concerns.
You take care of preparing customer offers and accompany enquiries as well as ongoing sales projects.
You are responsible for processing customer orders up to invoicing and keep an eye on delivery dates and costs.
You ensure smooth coordination between sales, purchasing, production, logistics, and other involved departments.
You identify optimisation opportunities in order processing and export business and support the further development of existing processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training and have a good understanding of technical products and contexts.
You have experience in international internal sales or foreign trade and are familiar with the corresponding business processes.
You are knowledgeable about export and customs formalities as well as international delivery terms (Incoterms).
You communicate very well in German and English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
You convince through an independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working and keep an overview even with several simultaneous tasks and projects.
