Your tasks

• Supporting the managing director in administrative and operational daily business
• Deputising for the butchery management in the absence of the managing director
• Training young meat specialists
• Working in production and sales
• Responsibility for inventory management and quality assurance
• Customer care and ensuring first-class service

Your profile

• Completed training as a butcher (ideally specialising in delicatessen and refinement)
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Passion for high-quality meat products and artisanal work
• Strong customer orientation and team spirit
• Enjoy working with young people and passing on expertise
• Good PC skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
