What is my role?

In your position, you take on the operational management and leadership of the team in a 24-hour shift operation and support the group management in professional and administrative matters. You actively participate in the day-to-day business, ensure data quality and standardised processes, and are responsible for personnel and deployment planning including overtime and compensation management. In addition, you ensure service quality, promote the professional and organisational development of the team, and contribute to interdisciplinary projects. You work closely with the department management of Clinical Support, the Finance department, as well as internal and external contacts.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial or medical basic education with administrative further training as well as further training in social insurance. You bring experience in acute hospitals, patient admission, and process management and ideally have leadership experience or leadership training. Furthermore, you are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation, good knowledge of MS Office, PEP, Business Central, and KISIM, as well as very good German skills. Foreign language skills are an advantage.
