In this role, you develop and operate modern workplace solutions for enterprise customers. The focus is on client engineering, virtual desktop, endpoint management, security and automation.
Responsibilities:
Development and operation of workplace solutions for FAT and VDI environments
Technical consulting and point of contact for various stakeholders
Design and further development of system configurations with Microsoft MECM and Intune
Planning and implementation of BIOS and driver updates
Implementation of security and compliance requirements
Automation of workplace solutions with PowerShell
Analysis and resolution of complex faults in 3rd-level support
Professional support of apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering environment
Experience with Citrix and/or Microsoft AVD, Windows 365 and co-management
Good knowledge of Azure and modern workplace environments
Very good knowledge of Intune, MECM and PowerShell
Experience with hardware migrations and updates
Interest in hardening and data security
Agile mindset and enjoyment in the continuous optimisation of complex systems
Very good German language skills
