Commercial Clerk Internal Sales & Export 100% (m/f/d)
For an established company in the chemical industry, we are looking for a committed individual. The company offers innovative products and solutions for surface treatment and industrial processing and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. A dynamic environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Coordinating orders and purchases up to timely procurement
Preparation and follow-up of quotations and sample shipments
Supporting the field sales team with administrative matters
Taking on various tasks directly assigned by management
Handling export orders and related documents
Maintaining relevant data in the ERP system
Coordinating communication with international business partners
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in a similar role
Experience in order processing or internal sales
Confident use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and common ERP systems
Basic knowledge of export or interest in international business processes
Independent and reliable working style
Good organisation and confident handling of multiple parallel tasks
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
English skills; French skills are an advantage
