Accounting & HR Manager 80-100% Vaud

I am currently recruiting an Accounting and HR Manager at 80-100% on a permanent contract for a company active in the finishing trades sector, based in Northern Vaud.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting and human resources.

Your main duties include:

• Managing general accounting up to closing
• Managing debtors, creditors and cash flow
• Monitoring tax and social security obligations
• Preparing documents for external partners
• Administrative management of personnel
• Managing salaries and social insurances
• Tracking absences, holidays and employee files
• Participating in the administrative and financial monitoring of the activity
• Close collaboration with management on financial and HR matters

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting up to closing
• Experience in human resources and payroll management
• Experience in the construction or finishing trades sector is essential
• Knowledge of A3, Baubit or similar tools is an advantage
• Autonomous, organised and rigorous personality
• Good interpersonal skills and a liking for SME environments
