Accounting and Finance Specialist (80%)

The Property Management Service manages and enhances the assets and real estate portfolio of the City of Lausanne. In this operational role, you report directly to the service's financial manager and join an accounting team of 11 people. You will work on a real estate portfolio valued at over CHF 50 million, comprising more than 1,300 managed housing units. In a context of sustained development and investment, the portfolio represents approximately CHF 15 million in investments and works per year.

Main Mission(s)

Ensure the processing of all routine, specific, and complex accounting tasks

Produce dashboards and reporting

Participate in closing operations according to current standards (MCH2 and real estate)

Ensure account reconciliation and justification, analyse discrepancies and prepare comments for management and control bodies

Manage accounting or financial projects of the service and participate in management projects

Provide expertise on accounting standards (MCH2, LCCOM, RCCOM, ROCF)

Profile

Federal Diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting required

Proven professional experience in real estate accounting

Professional experience in managing heating cost statements

Knowledge of public accounting standards and regulations (LCCOM, RCCOM, MCH2)

Experience in managing accounting and financial projects

Knowledge of public administration

Knowledge of AbaImmo software (Abacus) is an asset

Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
