Your tasks
Manage accounting and closings

Ensure the monthly and annual closings of the entities as well as the Group's consolidated closing.

Carry out inventories, justify operating accounts, and analyse results.

Manage transitional entries, depreciations, machinery, and leasing contracts.

Supervise the accounting of overheads, salaries, and social charges.

Guarantee the reliability of accounting data and compliance with internal procedures.
Ensure financial management and treasury

Manage holdings, liquidity, and the Group's treasury.

Establish and monitor quarterly budgets as well as liquidity and bank balances.

Make bank payments and control associated fees.

Prepare monthly turnover figures to contribute to activity monitoring.
Handle taxation and legal obligations

Prepare VAT returns and tax accounts.

Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations.
Monitor daily accounting operations

Manage debtor and creditor accounting, as well as the entry of supplier and partner invoices.

Account for receipts, cash, and transfers.

Record goods transfers and ensure the accounting allocation of paper mills.

Prepare statements related to buildings.

Manage reminders, disputes, and debt collection, especially in cases of client bankruptcy.
Your profile

You hold a diploma in accounting expertise or an equivalent qualification.

You have at least five years of experience in a similar role.

You are proficient with IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of SelectLine and Odoo is an advantage.

You have excellent command of French and good skills in German.

You combine rigour, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.

You appreciate teamwork and know how to communicate clearly and discreetly.
