Role:
Our client is an established planning company for modern building services engineering and realises versatile projects in building construction. In this position, you actively shape the sanitary planning and accompany projects from technical elaboration to implementation on site.
Responsibilities:
Design sanitary systems for various construction projects
Develop technical plans, schematics and details
Support project teams in technical coordination
Coordinate planning statuses with clients and specialist partners
Professionally accompany site inspections and approvals
Assist with tender and submission documents
Qualifications:
EFZ as building services planner sanitary or comparable qualification
Experience in sanitary planning is an advantage
Good knowledge of CAD/planning systems
Technical understanding and a structured working method
Independent and team-oriented personality
Good German language skills spoken and written
