The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex IT programs, including major ERP implementations and transformations, while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure successful business outcomes.

Description
- Define, manage, and execute strategic global IT programs aligned with business objectives.
- Establish program governance, monitor budgets, risks, timelines, and inter-project dependencies.
- Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, business, and external partners across multiple countries.
- Ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, scope, and budget commitments.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and provide regular steering committee reporting.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives supporting technology adoption and business transformation.
- Oversee third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
- Promote best practices in project and program management across the organization.
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing complex IT programs and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience working within international and multicultural environments.
- Strong expertise in ERP implementations and transformations, SAP, Oracle or an other tool of the market.
- Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are considered a plus.
Nice to Have
- PMP, Prince2, PMI-PgMP, Agile or SAFe certifications.
- Experience managing global ERP rollouts across multiple countries.
- Exposure to cloud transformation programs and enterprise architecture initiatives.
