Maintenance Technician HVAC

• You reliably and competently carry out inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting work on heating and cooling supply systems.
• Together with your team, you ensure a reliable heating and cooling supply for our contracting customers in the city of Zurich.
• You successfully complete tasks and ensure that everything is precisely documented.
• In case of faults, you act quickly and take the necessary measures.
• You proactively identify technical optimisation potentials and opportunities for energy savings.

• You have several years of experience in building technology and ideally further training in maintenance.
• Your strength lies in a solution- and goal-oriented way of working, combined with a high customer and team orientation.
• Handling MSRL systems and good PC skills are part of your repertoire.
• You are willing to take responsibility for our systems in on-call duty and hold a category B driving licence.
• Commitment and sustainability are part of your DNA. You are a dedicated doer.
