Internal Sales & Purchasing Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company with modern production and a versatile product portfolio. The company impresses with high quality standards, efficient manufacturing processes and a strong customer focus. Employees benefit from a dynamic working environment and varied tasks.
Responsibilities:
You record and process customer orders in the ERP system.
You monitor and coordinate delivery dates.
You support purchasing with administrative tasks and orders.
You prepare export and customs documents completely.
You organise transports in collaboration with logistics.
You handle telephone enquiries and reception.
Office organisation and material management are also part of your duties.
You maintain communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in purchasing, sales or order processing.
Knowledge of international trade is an advantage.
Experience with import and export processes is desirable.
Confident use of ERP systems, ideally Infor M3.
French language skills are an additional advantage.
Independent, reliable and structured working style.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
