Role:
As a Senior Developer Microsoft 365 & SharePoint, you will technically shape digital collaboration for a large organisation. The focus is on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 (M365), complemented by an existing wiki platform whose content is gradually being migrated. The role combines hands-on development with professional leadership and clear architectural decisions. You can expect a regulated environment where security, governance and user-friendliness are equally important.
Responsibilities:
You implement intranet and collaboration requirements technically, from initial analysis to stable production operation.
You design websites, content models, search, permissions and governance with a view to an extensible platform.
Furthermore, you develop tools for content migration including metadata mapping, redirects and quality assurance.
Scalable platform components, navigation logics and automations are created under your guidance.
Additionally, you advance CI/CD processes and the operational maturity of the solution.
You also shape technical standards, conduct code reviews and provide professional support to team colleagues.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science or vocational training in software development.
You bring several years of experience of at least five years with Microsoft SharePoint in development and operation.
Modern web development with TypeScript and interfaces is part of your daily routine; you implement backend services as needed.
Furthermore, you are familiar with access models, identity concepts and security requirements in highly regulated industries.
You have planned, tested and gradually introduced migration projects, including coordination with stakeholders.
You also work pragmatically in a team, make decisions independently and use English fluently; basic German is sufficient for documentation and content.
