Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of interdisciplinary experts to realise energy generation plants
- Contributing to the creation of demand-oriented and future-proof energy supply concepts
- Negotiating with suppliers, engineering planners, and service providers as well as leading, supervising, and coordinating them during planning, construction, commissioning, and acceptance
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising approval procedures with the support of relevant experts
- Budget creation and monitoring
- Schedule tracking
- Reporting and communication with authorities, customers, and internal decision-making bodies
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed technical degree (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy, process engineering or similar)
- Extensive professional experience in comparable positions
- Initiative, communication skills, and negotiation confidence
- Reliable and convincing appearance
- Conscientious and careful working style
- Strong team and customer orientation
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
