Clerk Sales Internal Service & Export 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You receive customer orders and enquiries by phone and in writing and process them independently
You ensure professional advice for private, business and export customers
You coordinate delivery dates in close coordination with internal interfaces such as production and logistics
You are responsible for maintaining and quality-assuring customer data in the system
You handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently and solution-oriented
You support administrative special processes such as sponsorship enquiries and customer programmes as well as internal shipping and postal processes
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with experience in internal sales or customer service
High service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Confident handling of MS Office and digital ERP systems
Team-oriented personality with quick comprehension and flexibility
Very good German skills, good French skills in oral communication
