Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000The company has been facing challenges in the global transformer industry for several decades. With profound knowledge in the design, development, and operation of transformers, our partner is a leading integrated solution provider for specialised products and services in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Independent maintenance and troubleshooting of building technology systems and equipment
- Coordination and supervision of external specialists as needed
- Procurement of components and spare parts according to budget guidelines
- Conducting training and instructions for employees in handling machines and equipment
- Support in the implementation of expansions and continuous improvement measures
Qualifications:
- Completed technical training in the HVAC field
- An additional qualification is desirable
- Several years of experience in the maintenance of building services and production equipment in an industrial environment
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties, cover holiday periods, and take on substitute tasks
- Flexibility and commitment in various maintenance tasks
