Site Manager Bern (a)

Your Tasks

• Consultation, planning and execution of demanding air technology equipment concepts
• Technical and commercial preparation of quotations, offers, orders and renovation concepts
• Conducting sales and purchasing negotiations
• Acquisition and maintenance of customer and supplier relationships
• Management of the Bern site in content-related, technical and personnel matters (3 employees)

Your Profile

• Completed technical basic training in the heating/ventilation/air conditioning sector
• Further training as a technician HF/FH (specialising in heating/ventilation/air conditioning) is an advantage
• Professional experience in similar positions desirable
• Sales flair and negotiation skills with a strong customer orientation
• Strong self-organisation with high initiative
• Responsible, resilient and team-oriented personality
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written form
