Scope of work

• Take responsibility: You manage the branch independently and are responsible for the branch's economic success
• Pursue goals: You implement measures to achieve ambitious sales targets with your team
• Optimise store appearance: With a trained eye, you ensure an appealing and sales-promoting store image
• Lead team: You lead and motivate your team to sustainable top performance
• Efficient scheduling: To ensure smooth operations, you are responsible for demand-oriented staff scheduling
• Pitch in: As a role model, you actively participate on the sales floor and embody a "hands-on mentality"

Profile

• Education: Completed training in retail
• Experience: Professional experience in branch management or a deputy position
• Leadership skills: High-performing, motivated leader with leadership qualities
• Sales personality: Resilient, service-oriented and with entrepreneurial instinct
• Enthusiasm: With your passion for retail, we go the extra mile together
