Digital document processes should be not only paperless but intelligent, automated and seamlessly integrated. This position combines technical consulting, software integration and process digitalisation in demanding ECM projects.
Responsibilities:
Design and technical implementation of modern ECM and DMS solutions
Translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures
Development and optimisation of digital document and information processes
Building automated workflows for capture, processing, verification and archiving
Integration of ECM platforms into ERP, CRM, Microsoft and other business systems
Development and connection of modern REST and API interfaces
Planning and execution of data and document migrations
Analysis of existing system landscapes and identification of optimisation potentials
Support in architectural decisions and technology evaluations
Technical support of customer projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Conducting workshops and technical requirements analyses
Support in quality assurance, testing and go-live
Further development of existing solutions regarding performance, security and user-friendliness
Monitoring new technologies around ECM, cloud, AI and intelligent document processing
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in technical ECM, DMS or software consulting
Experience with enterprise content management and workflow systems
Solid knowledge in system integration and API technologies
Understanding of software architecture and modern integration patterns
Experience with data migrations and interface projects
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure or comparable cloud platforms is an advantage
Interest in intelligent document management and AI-supported processing
Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly
Customer-oriented and communicative personality
Structured, analytical and independent working style
