Senior Cloud & System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You are responsible for the technical maintenance of the network and server infrastructure of the cloud platform
- In this role, you implement cloud platforms according to a standard and take over their operation and maintenance
- You support the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimisation of cloud services
- As a Senior IT System Engineer, you ensure compliance with ISO 27001 ISMS guidelines
- You take on 2nd-level IT support
- In this role, you drive the further development and automation of existing workflows and processes using PowerShell
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training in computer science, specialising in system technology
- You have several years of professional experience in system technology
- You bring experience in direct customer contact
- You have a very good command of the Windows server ecosystem as well as the Microsoft 365 and Azure basic services (Microsoft 365, Azure Entra-ID Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
- You possess basic knowledge of Linux server administration
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills at B1 level
