Are you an organisational talent with a feel for trade and logistics? Then we have just the right position for you! As Site Manager for our locations in Schmerikon & Näfels you will take on responsibility for two exciting areas from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement: our shop and logistics.

• Overall responsibility for the Schmerikon (regional central warehouse) & Näfels sites with the areas of shop and logistics
• As site manager in Schmerikon, you are responsible for a central hub of our company. You ensure that the processes at the site and regional central warehouse are optimally coordinated and run smoothly.
• Leadership and motivation of the team in both areas, promotion of a positive corporate culture (a total of 8 employees in both areas)
• Ensuring an optimal flow of goods - from warehouse logistics to attractive product presentation in the shop
• Efficient warehouse management and logistics processes to ensure smooth availability of goods
• Sales and cost responsibility for the sites, budget planning and achievement of economic goals
• Process optimisation and continuous improvement of workflows in shop and logistics
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and appealing shop design
• Interface between various departments as well as close cooperation with suppliers and partners
• Participation/support in various internal projects
• Technical and sales advice to customers
• Handling of goods receipts and dispatches and checking delivery notes as well as direct contact person for our collection customers

• Preparation and follow-up of quotations, collection, delivery and return slips

If your heart beats faster for the above-described area of responsibility and you bring the following experience and skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• Completed vocational training and several years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in building materials trade
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in trade, logistics or a similar environment
• Willingness to travel between Schmerikon and Näfels
• Communication skills and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and ability to design processes efficiently
• Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced hands-on mentality
• Great passion for sales and consulting, ideally with an existing network in the region
• High motivation and drive to advance the business
• Independent and structured way of working
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Impeccable reputation
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
