NPI / Industrialisation Engineer – Medical Devices – 100%

At the heart of industrialisation, you will manage NPI projects, from process definition to the start of series production. You will work in a technical, demanding and innovative environment, within a human-sized structure, with varied activities and concrete responsibilities.

Your mission:

• Manage industrialisation projects and their schedules by ensuring the monitoring of the different stages, deadlines and actions until production launch;
• Coordinate the Production, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and Technical teams to ensure effective collaboration and the successful achievement of project objectives;
• Define and optimise manufacturing processes, as well as the equipment, tooling and control means necessary for reliable and efficient production;
• Plan and supervise tests, pre-series and IQ/OQ/PQ validations, analysing results and implementing necessary actions to ensure process robustness;
• Ensure industrial documentation and production transfer, making sure that processes, instructions and necessary means are defined and controlled;
• Support the first production series, identify deviations and improvement opportunities, and manage actions to stabilise and optimise processes;
• Ensure technical follow-up of projects and communication with clients, providing your expertise on process, industrialisation and production aspects;
• Contribute to continuous improvement by seeking solutions to improve quality, productivity, reliability and process repeatability.

Your profile:

• Education: HES or EPF engineering degree, or equivalent training, in a technical field such as mechanics, microtechnology, industrial engineering, production or similar.
• Professional experience: in industrialisation/NPI, technical project management or industrial production, ideally in a medical or regulated environment, is an asset. Experience in a cleanroom is also appreciated.
• Tools and data: comfortable with IT tools and able to exploit and analyse data (Excel, ERP, etc.).
• Personal qualities: proactive, autonomous and pragmatic personality, with a strong solution and continuous improvement orientation.
• Teamwork: strong presence on site and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Languages: excellent command of French and good professional level of English required.
